We are aware of the ongoing issues while attempting to log into either World of Warcraft or Starcraft II. Our Technicians are looking into the issue and although we do not have an immediate resolution or estimate on when one may be forthcoming, restoring full access to both games is of utmost importance.

In the event that there are any further developments, we will endeavor to provide that information as soon as it becomes available.

Q u o t e:
any word yet on if the problem has been fixed? i was able to log on for a few seconds only to get kicked again please fix this and thank you.

It looks like the issue has been resolved and you should once again be able to log into both SCII and World of Warcraft. Though I'm waiting for an official all clear, so far this does appear to be resolved.

Thanks for the reports, all. From what we can see, everything appears to be working as intended. This includes the server Mok'Nathal, Shifthappenz.

Due to the earlier login issues we ask that you power cycle your modem and router in attempt to flush out any potential DNS or cache related issues.

Power Cycle the Modem and Router:

Q u o t e:
Rory, had my friend to that but no go. Mind if we post tracert here, or go to TS?
What exactly is your friend experiencing, Alvraen?

To answer your question though, our technical support forum would be the best place to post a tracert.
