Error Message when when trying to Transfer

Hello,im having a issue with the credit card confromation screen when try to transfer my character.Its saying something like "unable to processe card",i forget exactly

I got no idea what the problem is, i use my mom's card but the account is under my name,so i thought that might be what was wrong and changed all the info to match hers but im still facing the same problem. Ive done transfers and faction changes without a problem before(prior to battlenet i do believe,if thats relevant).

And i do believe there is money in the bank lol

Errors such as these can indicate that your web browser is not syncing up correctly, Spacebubble. If this is the case, you may wish to clear your private data (cache and cookies) or using an alternate browser. Another possibility is that the provided payment method may be incompatible in some way with the selected online purchasing system (in this case, a Paid Character Transfer). This doesn't mean that the payment method is invalid or in poor standing. Rather, it's just a sign that something isn't syncing up with the online transaction.

In these situations, it's sometimes best to first ensure that the account's billing information is up to date.
