Brew of the month club help

Hello;

I am hoping to get some help regarding the brew of the month club issue. I have read in other posts that there is a known issue when joining the brew of the month after Oct. 1st and not being able to complete the achievement since you can never receive the October brew. Sadly, I read these issues after I joined on the 2nd.

So like many suggested, I submittted an in-game ticket to have the issue resolved like many others have stated they have.

However, today I recieved a reply stating that Triael (the GM) is unable to fullfil my request. Which is confusing to say the least.

Blizzard, what steps can I take now to have this resolved?

If you are currently a member of the Brew of the Month club, Jaiided, you can purchase the current month's Brew from the appropriate vendor.

The Alliance Brew Vendor is located in Ironforge's Stonefire Tavern, while the Horde Brew Vendor is located in Orgrimmar, in the Valley of Spirits near the Mage Trainers.

If for some reason after drinking a recently purchased ale you still do not receive credit, please submit another petition detailing an issue. If this is truly a bug, we will want our Quality Assurance team to check it out!
