I got hacked recently.

It was extremely lame.

I followed the Blizzard's own "I got hacked!" instructions

Literally, within 2 hours blizzard had reviewed the case, restored account access (guy who hacked evidently had been gold spamming), and restored all the items on all my toons (even the trash)


I am one normally to find fault in everything anyone or anything does, and blizzard is no exception; If there is one thing I love to do it's complain, and I'm very good at it. No matter what I am given (being the spoiled youngster I am) you can count on me to look a gift horse in the mouth.

But, let it never be said that blizzard doesn't have the most amazing customer service known to man.

I was left awe-struck, fast efficient service with a smile (gm contacted me in game and was a pleasure to deal with).

So, thanks blizz, I am now a born-again blizzard lover

and give those employees all raises.

We are glad to hear everything was resolved not only quickly but efficiently as well, Wholegrain!

The Game Masters strive to get everyone back on their feet as soon as possible, especially after a compromise situation. I am glad that the outcome our experienced was a positive one.
