I meant to use the race change feature, and used appearance change instead. Is there anyway I can get that switched? I'm hearing impaired so calling billing services is an issue for me. Is there a different method I can use to transfer the credits for appearance change to race change?

Account Services may be able to facilitate your request, Alandrea, but they may be unable to do so via email.

Since it is not possible to transfer the amount paid for the Character Re-Customization to be used towards the Race Change, they may need to process a refund for the Re-Customization. As such, account verification may be required.

In the event you need to contact them by phone, you will need to do so through a Relay Service.

If youare able to verify the account verbally, you may be able to give permission for an Account Services representative to discuss the account with someone there with you. However, the best thing to do in this case would be to contact a Relay service if at all possible.
