Hi i just transferred a character to another realm and im not sure whats happening or if it charged the credit card or not. I dont see any pending sign or anything. Id like to make sure so that I dont charge it twice.

That sounds likely. You shouldn't be charged for any service that did not actually complete though, if there is a pending charge on the credit card you used it should return to the account within 3-5 business days depending on your bank's policies.

Give it another try, if successful the character should be listed on the transaction page that Rokkom listed.
