The brewfest drop rate...

hello this is the father of this account holder. you have claimed that the drop rate for the "mounts" have increased when that in fact is not true. my son has done the event everyday and received nothing as a drop from the keg. we see that many other people have got 2 mounts in a row and we are wondering why this account is not getting anything. according to the drop rate, everyone should receive at least one of the 3 possible drops if it is done everyday for the whole event. you need to get back to me and let me know what you are going to do about this, because it is very disappointing. thank you for your time.

Random is random. There is no way that there is a guarenteed rate. One person could get a mount every day of the thing, whereas someone else will get nothing. There is no conspiracy here, your son has just been unlucky. If it helps, I haven't had any mount drops either.

â–²â–² I believe last year, I tried for my ram every single day of the event and didn't get it until the very last day of the event. Fortunately for me, but others weren’t so lucky it really depends on luck and patience. Keep trying!
