Are GMs reading my tickets?

Yesterday we had Horde toons exploiting terrain in the AH in SW, by standing above the auctioneers where we and guards couldn't get at them.

I reported this in a ticket, with specific names. One of them even gloated on an Alliance toon, and when I told him what he was doing was an exploit, he cursed me out. So I opened a second, separate ticket on that by email.

Today, both of my tickets were acknowledged. However, the SAME Horde toons are back doing the exact same thing.

Are GMs reading my tickets? Or is terrain exploitation and cursing me out suddenly acceptable? This is very frustrating.

The Penalty Volcano may indeed be the reason behind your not seeing actions being taken, Matthian. Please understand that it is not the Game Master department’s intentions to ban every player we come in contact with, rather we try to ensure that we keep things fun and fair for all. Sometimes disciplinary action must be taken against disruptive players who are causing damage to others; this is done with the intention of educating those disruptive players.

Here you can see our Penalty Volcano, a visual representation of both the severity of each of our penalties and how often each type of penalty is given in relation to the others: (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/20221).
