Account closure/restoration of chars

My account was closed due to exploitative activity: abuse of economy. Apparently, it was hacked and someone was trying to sell game items/gold for real life currency. I have complied with Blizzard's instructions and again have access to my account. My items and gold have been restored on 6 of my high level characters spanning two different servers, but there are 4 high level characters on a third server that have not had their items or gold restored.

My question is this: If some of the characters have been restored, is it safe to assume the others should have been as well and open a ticket? Or do restorations happen sporadically? If it matters, the first 6 restorations happened around 9am est today, about 12 hours after my initial response to the account closure email.

I just don't want to bother the GMs with the issue if it is typical to have the restorations split up.

Thanks for any help in advance.

Restoration is usually provided for all characters around the same time. There is usually only a delay if the involved characters were transferred/faction changed.

Though we try to get everything in the first pass, Blayd, it is possible that your other characters were simply missed. If you submit another petition and report that those four characters may have been missed they'll be able to take another look.

Good luck!
