My Realmlist isnt Working

i had some problems on my realmlist at first since it was microsoft word and i lost my Product key number T_T and i need some help it says that its not compatible with the version of my windows and i have to clue why it says i iether need 86 32 or 64 and i have 64 but its still not working i even Restarted my computer after downloading it and i need some info on what to do can somone help me???
