Well, to make a long story short, my computer's motherboard died on July 29. My fiance and I decided to just build our first computer, but before we could a house we had put an offer on came through and the computer went to the back burner in early August.

We completed this computer two days ago, and I downloaded the client and logged on this morning for the first time. What I found was a surprise, and according to armory my account had been hacked on August 11th, and they pretty much cleaned me out.

I sent an email at 6:30am this morning, and by 8:00am all my characters had been restored. I'm so thankful to the quick response and action that was taken by the Blizzard GM's.
