Unfortunately, I'm unable to assist with the request you have made directly, Docshock - there are only a few select cases where we Customer Service Forum Representatives are able to assist, and I'm afraid this is one of the few I lack the necessary tools to assist with.
Billing & Account Services will be the best bet to have this issue resolved. If the phones are giving you some trouble, you might try early in the morning once they first open by phone, or perhaps via e-mail (though this second option may take a day or two). If you do send an e-mail, be sure to send it from your account's registered Battle.net e-mail address. Please include the name and realm of a character on both your and your daughter's account so the representative who receives it knows exactly which two accounts are experiencing the issue!
