I am on my second day as being a member and I still can't trade. Proof of me being a member is:

You will only be restricted from communication such as trade, chat, mail, etc, Bôôs. The leveling cap and gold cap have lifted while the upgrade is processing.

Once the upgrade is complete you will receive an email alerting you to this, which should be in a couple more days.
