Stuck under the arena

I'm currently in an arena where a player is stuck under Ring of Valor...

Can this be handled in a promptly manner? Tickets generally take days.

Luckily, Bilian, tickets concerning stuck players are much faster. >^.^< We have a group of Game Masters who actively watch for these kinds of issues.

Please include the word 'stuck' in your issue description. A Game Master should be with you shortly to assist!
