Problems with the Remote Auction House

I went to my remote Armory app & AH today just to check on my auctions. On 1 of my toons I had sold some things so I went to collect the gold, like many times before. I have an iPhone & an authenticator on it as well as the remote Armory. When I went to collect the gold, it asked me for my account info. I gave it & then it came up with manually putting in my authenticator code, which has always been done internally. I tried several times to do this but to no avail.
Is there something wrong with the connection between the remote AH & the Authenticator? Should I re-download them?
