Can't xfer realms until mailbox is cleared?

When I try o transfer i get the error: " The character you are trying to transfer has mail in his or her mailbox, or inbound mail that hasn't arrived yet (possibly from a quest). Please wait until all inbound mail has arrived and make sure your mailbox is empty before trying again. " Yet I have nothing in the mail or anything on the auction house. I've waited a couple of hours before trying again. I need some help with this.
