Account Hacked, banned while gone

I've been out of wow for almost a year and a half. While I was gone 4 of my 5 accounts got hacked. (Was a multiboxing shammy)

Got the results of the retrieval papers a little bit ago:

Two only had faction/server changes on them.

One had a transfer with no one higher than 60 left on it.

The other still has an 80 shammy on it (can see it using forum tool) but its been banned.

I sent an e-mail to blizzard inquiring about this, but while I wait, can anyone tell me what kind of outcome I should expect?

Thanks

Q u o t e:
it may have been too long to overturn the ban. i had a similar situation happen to me. maybe yours can be turned back over to you. good luck.

I'm sorry, Anone, but as Zenlyth stated yesterday your situation had very little to do with time and everything to do with what could be verified. In your case a compromise of the account could not be verified as no malicious behavior was found. Please do not continue to pop into threads about compromised accounts and throw in a "me too", it is misleading and require clarification.

Staticz, I'm not entirely certain what can be done in your case given the time frame involved but we will do what we can. If we can verify the compromise of the accounts we will likely be able to overturn any penalty that may have been acquired and return access to the account to you.

Transfers/Faction Changes can usually only be reversed within a very limited window, usually only a few months in most cases but they'll let you know.

Item/gold restoration is also limited by time. Though our logs are fairly extensive we are simply unable to store all the information indefinitely, most information usually lasts for a short period as well. Our Investigation Team will take a look though and see if any items can be restored.

Good luck, Staticz, I hope we are able to get you straightened out.
