Log in Failed

My friend cannot log in to his Bnet account and asked me to post for him.

His issue was he can't log in to his Bnet account in the account management section even after he reset his password. Its said "Log in failed" when he tried to log in. Although, he still can log in to the game with the same account / password but his air time already expired.

He was trying to refill his airtime for his account but he can't . He do have the authenticator (it doesn't seem like the authenticator problem though)

Did anyone have any idea what happen to his account?

Looks like his account is canceled, he should still be able to log onto his account management to update his information. If he is having trouble doing so, he can contact Billing and Account Services here:
    Account Services
    Assists with: billing issues, password recovery, paid services, subscriptions, payment issues, account management, etc
