I wanted to place this where the Devs could get it. I want to thank all of you at Blizzard for working so quickly in restoring my account and characters. You caught that my suspended account was suddenly activated and characters were being sent off and sold within 24 hours of it happening, and before i even realized someone paid to reactivate my account. You have managed to keep a member of the community very happy and i just wanted to voice it.

Be sure to reference the Game Master who assisted you, the nature of the issue, and an approximate date in case we need to review any additional information. You should have also received a Customer Satisfaction Survey, which we encourage you to submit as well.
