Transfering with a Server First Feat

Does the Server First Feat of Strength stay with your character or does it get deleted?

Example, I thinking of moving my warrior that has Server First Level 80 Troll to another realm or even changing races/factions. I would like to keep it with him if at all possible, what is the ruling on this?

Feats should not disappear once earned from a realm transfer.
