Chat and mail priveleges

So apparently spamming trade chat, just like everyone else, sometimes randomly makes it so you get locked down.

"Your chat and mail priveleges are suspended pending review by a Game Master."

I'm not a gold spammer, and I didn't even spam that much. Can I get this undone please?

No, more like several hours, Mîasma. Ticket times for the past week have been averaging just below a day at worst, and today they are approximately around 5 hours.

Posting here, unfortunately, does not expedite the process of speaking to a Game Master. Those of us who post here are not Game Masters, though we do share some of the knowledge and abilities of Game Masters. Primarily, Customer Service Forum Representatives like myself are here to provide advice and guidance where possible, as well as moderate these forums.

It does look like this is not the first time this has happened to you, Mîasma. I might advise refraining from the kind of chat you contribute to Trade, as the content you provide would appear to be the reason others saw fit to remove you from it.
