Character Hacked and Recovered

I reactivated my account recently after having it idle for a year. Had to call billing to take off an authenticator on it since it was hacked before and they attached one on. So I changed the pw and everything and I was an idiot and didn't know you could attach an authenticator to more than one account. When I found out I attached my old one that is on another account finally to this one..

Well when I logged on this morning I find my character naked (minus the token shoulders and a tabard), with all my gold missing (i even forget how much I had), and my bank mostly empty of stuff that I was hoarding until Cata came out.

I checked my spam folder for gmail, apparently Blizzard sent me a 3 hour suspension yesterday, but I never logged on. It was for gold selling. -_- I don't sell gold. So now I have an infraction on my account of something that the hacker did which is prolly 2 strikes on this account. Is there anyway to have that suspension removed from my account history?

Oh and I put a ticket in for my gear... how long would that take to get a response?

fyi; spybot didn't find any keyloggers :( [>.>].
