Guild Control Problem - Blue Tracker

Hello,
I am trying to remove a toon from my guild. When I click to remove this toon from the guild I get the message <insert toon name> is not in your guild, although their name is retained in guild members register.
So far I have tried a wow restart and a complete computer restart and currently have a ticket open for assistance.
Can anyone please advise of a fix of link to a forum thread that may help ?

Is the issue occurring on the character you opened the ticket with, Syadena?

Can you try resetting your UI.

**Note** Keep in mind that the interface/addons folder holds your current addons. If you wish to restore it at a later time, you may want to move the folder to your desktop instead.
