Can't go on this toon

So a couple weeks ago i tried logging on this character and a message popped up telling me that i can't log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete. It still has that message and i can't play him. can a blue help me out

If appears there was an issue with the purchase of your Faction Change, Adioftw. An e-mail was sent to the registered address on the account on the 13th informing you.

You'll need to contact our Billing and Account Services department, they should be able to help straighten this out.
