Can't go on this toon

So a couple weeks ago i tried logging on this character and a message popped up telling me that i can't log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete. It still has that message and i can't play him. can a blue help me out

If appears there was an issue with the purchase of your Faction Change, Adioftw. An e-mail was sent to the registered address on the account on the 13th informing you.
