Account suddenly missing from Battle.net?

I'm posting this on behalf of my friend because overnight his active WoW account has gone missing from his Battle.net account. There's no email in his current email address about any changes and the information has not changed.

He's also unable to call in for assistance due to certain circumstances. Is there an email or something that he can use to contact Blizzard about this strange situation
