if i payed for the race change now before they allow the new race combos liek orc mage and human hunter so on and soforth will i be able to use that race change to a orc mage when its out?

This is very true, the character would be locked.

Also, payment I believe is on the backside of your selections - and the newer ones simply wouldn't be there.
