From Trail to Paid not working

My freind (not linked to my account) Akrious on Uther went out and got a battle chest today and upgraded his account. It is still saying 48 hour trial, and not ablr to trade, use mail, or initate /w. Did we miss somthing?

Sorry I missed that the first time around, Searra.

Can you have your friend log out of the game completely for me? Once that is done, have them remain logged out, and return here to let me know.

The resolution I was going to attempt requires the player to be logged out of the game, Searra, however upon going through the motions doing so, I noticed that the account does not show as upgraded on our end. If you could have your friend send an e-mail to [email protected] with the Authentication Code he tried using, I may be able to get to the bottom of this and find out where exactly it was used.

The account should be upgraded and on it's free month of game time now, Searra. Have your friend give it another try, if he would.
