Can't post on beta forum

I have been in the beta for quite a while now, not sure how far from the beginning of the beta because i just randomly noticed i had beta access one day. Anyways i have been trying to post on the beta forum recently and it told me my account didnt have permission to do so. I logged off and logged back in to see if that would fix the problem. It then told me to select a character but none of my characters showed up. So i was wondering if there was a way to fix the problem so that i am able to post of the beta forums. If so please let me know how to do it.
