There are a few of us who are current customers of both WoW AND DIrecTV who have been waiting and waiting for the opportunity (?) to order Blizzcon on D-TV and have yet to be updated on anything.
I know that it's 99% likely that the problem is on DirecTV's end, and that's not my grief here. My issue is: the longer we wait for D-TV to make the event available to order, the faster our opportunity to buy anything from the BlizzCon pre-sale (13th-14th) is taken away. We were SUPPOSED to be able to order it, as current D-TV subbers, starting te 9th. It's now the 10th and we're no closer to a resolution, meanwhile the sign-up to the store will be "closed" to us tonight.
Would a Green/Blue please offer some insight as to whether or not we're going to be left out in the cold for this sale or will we get an extension to order it in time? The folks who ordered the internet stream (and heck, even the "new" D-TV subs who also got Blizzcon) are getting their store hours extended, we should be able to get our chance to even order the thing extended, at least by 12 hours, since we've only got about 15 hours now to order the event "in time" to buy from the pre-sale. =/
tl;dr:
Current DirecTV subscribers are still virtually (get it?) unable to order Blizzcon in time to be a part of the swag pre-sale. Could we please get info as to whether we're screwed or will be getting an extention? As it is now, we have little over half a day to order in time to buy from the pre-sale.
