Someone Impersonating Blizzard employee

Received a whisper from Blizzsmith stating "Greetings! Blizzard system scan to your game account a violation of rules of the game's virtual currency trading! Please visit our website [Removed]review your account information or we will suspend your account. Blizzard Entertainment Inc."

Is this the correct place to report such things? I submitted an in-game ticket as well.

This occurred on the Moon Guard server at approximately 0635 eastern time.
