This seems to be happening more and more to me lately. I will queue 18 minutes for a random heroic, and someone (usually the tank) decides he doesn't like whatever dungeon we got, and will just go AFK until the party kicks him so he won't have to sit through a deserter debuff. And, to be perfectly honest, there isn't really anything I can do about it. It would be hard to convince the rest of the party to just sit around, too, to punish the tank, when it only takes a minute to get a new one (as long as the healer stays). So, the group is pretty much forced to give the tank just what he wants.
I'm not expecting a blue response, I'm just hoping some of you CS forum lurkers can tell me if this is the type of thing I can report. I feel like they are breaking some kind of rule here, but I honestly don't know what rule it is, so maybe they are just being jerks without breaking the rules at all...
