Unpunished Racist Hate Speech: GM failure

Yesterday, a player on my server said the following in trade chat:

[Removed]

This was in the context of a long hate-filled, racist diatribe with many contributors in trade chat.

I submitted a ticket immediately, and was pleased to get a response very quickly from a GM. I submitted a follow-up, and got another very quick response from the GM, who essentially only said he / she'd "look into it."

One hour later, the offending player was still online.

By failing to act, Blizzard implicitly condones this type of remark.

As the OP (and everyone else in this thread) has received the information necessary to report the infractions mentioned, I believe a lock is in order.
