Regardless of the situation, a violation of our policies is still a violation of our policies, Mihnigun. And we appreciate those in our community who take the time to report these violations to us, so they can be properly investigated, educated, and/or actioned for the situation.
We do try to educate most offenders - ultimately, we want everyone to enjoy playing the game. However, those that continue to violate our policies time after time will find that they have less and less time to play, up until they find their account is no longer accessible.
I encourage you, and everyone on your realm, to submit a petition each time you see a violation. As we are a reactive service, our Game Masters may not ever know of a violation if it is never reported to them. We do not expect you to "deal with it," nor should you have to. While we can't tell you the precise actions we take, trust me when I say we investigate and action all those who violate our policies when they are reported to us.
