Authenticator removal

My friend lost his iPod, on which he had his authenticator. He cant log in to wow anymore nor to the forums since they both require his authenticator.

Is there any way we can get it removed so he can put it on his new iPod?

Your friend will need to contact our Billing & Account Services Department for assistance, Nesdeane. Make sure he has information regarding his account ready to help verify ownership of the account (CD Keys may not be necessary, but if he has them, now would be a good time to prepare them).
