Authenticator Help

Hello, I am having an issue in adding an authenticator to this account in which I am posting on.
Situation:
I have 2 World of warcraft accounts in which I had the SAME authenticator attached. Since my son plays the other account I have decided to allow him his own authenticator. Well I mistakenly removed the one on THIS account instead of the other one. When trying to add it back I get “The following problems have occurred: Invalid serial Id”
Looking around on the forums I see that you may now only attached one authenticator per account. So I deleted the one of the second account and tried to reapply it to this account and get the same error.
I would like to re attach the authenticator that was on this account as im planning on attaching a mobile one to my sons account as its his phone.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

If the Authenticator is not currently attached to any account, Mightorkings, and you are still experiencing this issue, you may need to contact Billing & Account Services for additional assistance. I'm afraid they are closed for the evening, but you might consider giving them a ring first thing in the morning.
