Recruit a Friend problem

Recently my friend and I started a recruit a friend. He made a trial through the email i sent him and upgraded with his CD key but on the RaF page it still says hes a trial and we do not have any of the benefits in game. Do we have to wait until the trail ends to get the benefits?

It looks like the trial that was linked to your account, Shubalubae, was not upgraded properly. =>.<=

You will want to have your friend contact Billing & Account Services, especially if he already applied his upgrade to another account. They may be able to assist with this issue directly. >^.^<
