Unable to change factions

I keep getting this error:

A character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or en route to their mailbox.

It's been about an hour now and I've emptied/waited for my mailbox to be cleaned.

Is the character you are posting with the character you are attempting to transfer, Io?

Looks like someone sent you a Steel Lockbox recently, Io. It should be sitting in your mailbox currently. If you are unable to see it, you'll want to give our full Reset UI a shot to see if perhaps it is a display issue.
