Guild name incorrect on forums

I'm not sure where on earth to put this. I have been out of the guild it says I'm in for months. I googled what to do to fix it, tried all that fun stuff, and I still cannot get rid of this guild tag. I even have the two toons with the same name showing up. I read somewhere that one would say the old guild name and the other would say the actual current guild name. No dice. Both of them are Forza. Armory even shows me in House Forsaken. I don't know what else to do from here but it's frustrating. Is there any way a customer service or tech could fix this to show my correct guild name, House Forsaken? I was unsure of where to post, customer service, tech support or wherever, so let's hope this gets heard/moved/fixed and thank you for your time.

Can you select another character once more and post on this thread and log back out and post on the character you are on once more, please.

Ok lets try one more.

Log out of the forums.

Create a level 1 on your account.

Log onto that level 1 in game.

Log out again.

Log on to the forums post on this thread with that level 1.

Then log out of the forums again.

Log back in and post on the affected character.

/crosses fingers and hopes that works.

My understanding a while back was that one would be affected and the other would show the correct guild name. Which one should I use to post on? The first one that shows up or the second? Both were showing Forza as the guild, so I don't know if it will make a difference or mess something up now....

Zenlyth has fluttered out of the office at this time, Forumscow, but our Technical Support agents work from 7am-8pm every day of the week. It sounded as if you were to be contacted today, I'll see if I can find that out for you. >^.^<

Tech support has already given a few more steps a shot, Forumscow. Can you give it a shot again? If this doesn't work, I'll have to submit a different inquiry, as it may not be something our Technical Support department will be able to assist with.

Hm, very odd, still showing your old guild.
