Race change mistake...

So yesterday i transfered one of my toons to another server, i then went to FACTION CHANGE. Unfortunately i RACE CHANGED instead. Realising this i quickly logged out (before i changed race) and emailed support. I recieved no response so i called support. I got a very nice support rep who said he had refunded my race change and that all would be good in a couple of hours.

I went to sleep, i woke up, i went to work. Ive just logged in to find nothing has changed, the character still has an "active" race change available and the character is still on the 3 day change cooldown. Kinda frustrating as i dont want to log into the account with the active transfer cause it was unintentional.

Can this be fixed? Or am i gonna have to wait till 10pm (Australian) to call support AGAIN?

PS. Ive still recieved no email regarding my issue, im assuming my support ticket was closed?

Refund requests go through a queue that will require approval, Neuroma. Unfortunately it looks like refund request may be taking a bit longer than normal. You will need to give it more time.
