Tickets not being read

I made a ticket about a player cheating in WSG yesterday and received a response about it today, which is actually decent response time, at least compared to the norm. The GM Zamashere spent more time apologizing for his tardiness than he did addressing my complaint, which was obviously not read! The GM gave me the generic apology for the player's verbal abuse and told me to put him on ignore. Clearly putting a player of the opposite faction on a different server that is cheating in WSG on ignore achieves nothing. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received and it is apparent to me that this GM does not care or can't be troubled to address my issue.

I do apologize for the misunderstanding, Kabuto. It looks like they may have crossed the wires with another petition they were addressing. Many of our Game Masters tend to handle a few issues at a time. >^.^<

In this case, the appropriate investigation and action was taken for the situation, though the message they sent you may have been a bit misleading. Again, sorry for any confusion this may have caused.

As has been suggested though, if you wish to let this Game Master know how they are doing, the best venue for your feedback is e-mailing [email protected] to pass on any constructive criticism!
