Recruit-A-Friend Touring Rocket Problem

My friend had Recruit-A-Friended me on August 6th and we were led to believe that if I were to set up a Monthly subscription that it would credit my friend with a free month of WoW, then when the next months payment went through, it would count as 2 full months paid and he would get the rocket.

We had confirmed with people who had done it that way and we were sure there would be no problem and that come October 6th, my friend would receive his mount.

So far it hasn't arrived and when he checked his Recruit-A-Friend page it said ive only paid for one.

Please don't tell me that I needed to pay for 2 full months at once in order to qualify. I had no idea that was the case and I would hate to lose the mount because I wasn't informed.

Any help on the matter is greatly appreciated.
