Not so good a morning.

Hi, I was hacked last night around 4 a.m. I did the account recovery form all that but now I'm worried!

I ordered an authenticator and scanned my computer with several anti-virus programs but they didn't find anything but a file called "fraud.sysguard" I'm not sure if this is what got my account hacked and was just wondering what to do if it isn't but the anti-virus didn't pick up anything else.

Also ran Malwarebytes and Spybot.

I feel paranoid now but I want my account to be safe. :(

I actually searched out what “fraud.sysguard” is, Obfuse, and it does appear to be a virus of some sort. You may wish to search it out on your own to make yourself more familiar with this virus.

With that said, you may wish to rescan the computer with the game running. You do not have to be logged in at all, but entering a fake email address and gibberish for the password may trigger something hiding on your computer and will hopefully be detected.

Lastly, I checked on the status of your ticket and it appears as though the restoration is complete. :)
