Paid Character Transfer

Hello,

I recently used a paid character transfer to transfer an eligible toon to an eligible realm. I entered my details and it was confirmed on the page that the transaction went through to the approval stage.

I did not receive an e-mail confirming that I made this transaction. Upon logging into the game, I see that my character has been transferred off of my previous realm and onto the destination realm. When I log into Battle.net and view the 'Transactions' page under Paid Character Transfer, it does not list any transactions. When I log into my online banking, I still only see the Pre-Auth charge.

It's also important to note the character I transferred already had a character of that name, so it shows up as XXXXXXrandomcharacters.

So my question is: is it OK to log in? Has the transfer been finalized, or do I need to wait for the e-mail?

You do not have to wait for the email to arrive, Qh.

It is alright to log into the character, but you will be prompted to change the name. The reason for this is because there was already a character on the realm you transferred to with this same name. Once you update the name you will be good to go.
