Server transfer restrictions.

So I transfered around 6-7pm pacific time on the 5th of this month. It quickly processed and I was able to log in on my new server in less than 30 mins. I had important plans to transfer off right when my restriction wore off on the 8th, so I thought. When I checked under Account Management it is saying I cannot transfer until the 9th. It did not give any specific time, just a date *October 9th*. I can still survive this delay, what I am hoping is that when the clock strikes midnight for the 9th I will be able to transfer. Might I face any issues on this?
