D'oh! Chose the wrong service

I was trying to change my warlock from a BE to an Orc, or maybe an UD, but I chose "character customization" instead of "change race" on the account management page.

Is there any way I can undo it or change it?

I haven't actually made any changes to the toon and placed the order not even an hour ago.

I would highly recommend to call them as soon as possible, since it was done today, otherwise there may be no guarantee that they will be able to help you with this error. :(
