Unfortunately, Mink, it looks like you created 2 trial accounts on your Battle.net account. One which is labeled WOW1, and that you upgraded, is a normal trial account. WOW2 is the Recruit a Friend trial.
Our Billing and Account Services department should be able to help you, Mink, simply give them a call and they will work with you to get that link and account upgrade assigned to the appropriate account.
