Help, with RAF nothing works

Hi, my friend just introduced me to this game literally 5 days ago, and he sent me an email with the recruit a friend guidelines and i followed them and got the trial and entered the key it gave me, a couple of days later i decided to get the full game instead and we tried to get the 3x exp and summon, but we found we cant. Is this because it still says my trial is active? it says we are linked on his account but we recieve no bonuses and im wondering if i have to wait for the trial to end.

Appreciate all help recieved.

Unfortunately, Mink, it looks like you created 2 trial accounts on your Battle.net account. One which is labeled WOW1, and that you upgraded, is a normal trial account. WOW2 is the Recruit a Friend trial.

Our Billing and Account Services department should be able to help you, Mink, simply give them a call and they will work with you to get that link and account upgrade assigned to the appropriate account.
