Name Change Not Working

i go to name change and it worked less than a month ago for my shaman and i need to know why it wont work for my warlock i try and it says error encountered after payment information and the name frees up again in like 1-3 hours plz help me fix this ty for your help blizz btw ive tryed mutiple times same thing happens every time ty for your time :)

There are several reasons why an online transaction such as a Paid Character Name Change may be receive an error. Usually it is because either our system or your bank's protocols find an issue with the purchase you are attempting.

If clearing your cookies/cache and reloading your browser or trying an alternate browser does not work you may check to make certain that your account information is up to date, or even try an alternate credit card if you have one available.

If you continue to experience an issue with the transaction though our Billing and Account Services department should be able to help.
