There are several reasons why an online transaction such as a Paid Character Name Change may be receive an error. Usually it is because either our system or your bank's protocols find an issue with the purchase you are attempting.
If clearing your cookies/cache and reloading your browser or trying an alternate browser does not work you may check to make certain that your account information is up to date, or even try an alternate credit card if you have one available.
If you continue to experience an issue with the transaction though our Billing and Account Services department should be able to help.
