Brewfest Ending Early... What Gives?

i logged on nerzul at 12:15 server expecting brewfest to still be going on like the calender said it would be... instead i find brewfest gone and all my tokens gone... why?

The event was dated for September 20 - October 5, Herbagge. 12:00 would be considered Oct 6th. The event took place according to the dates we announced.

I also checked the calender on your server and it's stated 11:59. I apologize for any inconvenience, there just isn't anything we can do. If your calender said otherwise, I recommend you report it as a bug.

By a few hours or a few minutes, Reasate, I'm sorry but our In-Game Support staff is unable to help in this situation. They are unable to award you with an item that you were unable to acquire yourself, nor are they able to make the event reappear or restore the brewfest tokens so you could make a purchase.

I'm sorry that you feel that it may be necessary to cancel your account due to this matter but I wish you well with whatever you decide to do.
