So I've turned off realID from my privacy settings in my battle.net account to escape a former guild leader that was annoying the ever living excrement out of me.. I asked a friend who had me on their list said my name was taken off of her friends list.

If I reinstate realID, will my name reappear on their list or no?

If you remove your Real ID access, your friend list gets wiped and your information should also be removed from your previous friends' lists.
