Can't log in to Battle.net, Please help

Okay, for simplicity's sake here is a list of the things I have tried:

1: Ran several virus scans
2: cleared Browser cache and tried logging from different computers and with different web browsers
3: uninstalled Avast since it was reportedly causing issues
4: tried calling, but the hold queue is full and they won't take my call

Here is the problem: I attempt to log into my Battle.net account, I put in my password and use my authenticator password and it returns a cryptic "Login Failed." message next to my B.net ID. I tried password recovery and that is not working either. I'm trying to log in to re-subscribe to my Warcraft account. Basically Cata and the Real ID changes have won me back and I really would like to re-up my subsciption... but for some reason I am unable to relog into my Battlenet account. I'm certain it has not been compromised as well. Is there anyone out there who can help me? I'm starting to feel like no one is listening =(

Hmm, are you posting from the account you are having trouble with? If not, can you provide a character name and realm of the account?
